REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At GENEZEZ, we strive to provide exceptional value through our premium networking platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid services and memberships.

By purchasing any paid service or membership on GENEZEZ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2.3 Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. Within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund if you have not used any premium features.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 5 consecutive days)
  • Annual subscription within 14-day window (with limited usage)
  • Unauthorized charges on your payment method
  • Significant service changes that materially affect advertised features

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after substantial use of services
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Dissatisfaction with networking outcomes or connections
  • Partial months of service
  • Services already rendered or consumed

4. Event Tickets & Special Features

4.1 Virtual Events

Tickets for virtual events are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time. Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a full refund or credit.

4.2 In-Person Events

In-person event tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Refund requests submitted more than 7 days before may receive a refund minus administrative fees.

4.3 One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases such as credits, boosts, or special features are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund

If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

6.3 Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount received.

7. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • Refund: Returns payment for services. Access may be revoked immediately upon refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your GENEZEZ account
  • Ineligibility for future refunds or credits
  • Collection of any amounts owed

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly when you contact us directly.

9. Discretionary Refunds

GENEZEZ reserves the right to issue discretionary refunds, credits, or goodwill gestures in exceptional circumstances. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create precedent for future requests.

All refund decisions made by GENEZEZ are final and binding.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
