What this policy covers

This policy covers the Genezez website, including its membership and feedback email-draft tools. The Genezez mobile app and third-party services have their own privacy information. Review the disclosures in the app or its store listing before creating an account or sharing information there.

Information you choose to provide

The membership form asks for your name, email, country, role, company, optional website and an introduction. The feedback form asks for a topic and message. These details stay in the open page while you prepare and review your draft. The website does not submit them to a server or save them in browser storage.

Opening an email draft passes its contents to your email application. Copying a draft places it on your device’s clipboard. You decide whether to send it. Your device, clipboard and email provider handle those copies under their own settings and policies.

If you send an email to Genezez, the team receives your email address, message and anything you attach. That information is used to respond to your request, discuss your application or investigate an issue. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Delivering a page involves technical connection information such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time. The hosting provider may process this information to deliver, secure and maintain its service.

This website does not currently activate advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Its forms do not use local storage. If optional analytics are introduced, they must be disclosed and enabled only after your consent; preparing an email draft does not give that consent.

Links and external services

App Store, Google Play, social media and email links open external services. Those providers may process information under their own policies. The website’s app previews are published screenshots rather than live member records.

Your information and your choices

You can edit or discard a draft before sending it. This website does not intentionally persist your draft between visits. Your browser may restore a page or its form state, and copies already placed in your email service or clipboard remain under your control.

For information about an email you have sent, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact support@genezez.com. Identify the request using the email address you originally used, without including identity documents unless the team asks for them. Any applicable legal retention requirements may affect what can be deleted. This page does not promise a fixed retention period for correspondence or mobile app data.
