Using the website

These terms apply to genezez.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Mobile app accounts and any paid services are subject to the terms presented for those services.

The website introduces the Genezez business network, provides editorial content and links to the mobile app. It does not provide a website account, checkout or payment service.

Applications and communications

The membership and feedback forms prepare email drafts. You are responsible for reviewing their contents and sending the email yourself. A prepared draft is not a submitted application, confirmation of delivery or agreement to membership.

Provide accurate information and only share information you are authorised to disclose. Sending an application does not guarantee eligibility, admission, a response time or any particular outcome. Confirm applicable requirements and any fees with the team before making a commitment.

Content and product previews

Website text, visual design, logos and other content belong to their respective owners. You may browse and share links for lawful purposes. Do not reproduce, sell or misrepresent protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Product images are publisher previews from the Genezez App Store listing. Names, companies and posts within them are sample content, not a live directory or current offers. Features and appearance may vary by app version.

Journal articles and business opportunities are general information. They are not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Relationships, partnerships, funding and investment returns are not guaranteed. Make your own checks and seek qualified advice where appropriate.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, send abusive or unlawful material, or use the service to infringe someone else’s rights. Report website problems or inappropriate content to support@genezez.com.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and access may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete or current. Links to other services do not make Genezez responsible for their content, availability or policies.
